Silver by the Bay will not be responsible for your use of such links.

Any information you send to us is encoded with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.  However your use of the website is at all times at your own risk. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

We are not obliged to give a refund if you simply change your mind but would prefer to see you happy with your purchase. Exchange or credit will be provided if the original purchased item is returned to us unused in anyway with tag attached within 10 business days (excluding any return shipping charges).

Goods received after 10 days will not be accepted for return. Items must be returned undamaged with copy of your sales receipt. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited.

To make a return or exchange you must contact us prior to sending your item back.

Silver by the Bay advise you to send back your item via registered post, otherwise Silver by the Bay will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the mail.

All prices on Silver by the Bay website are in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to change.

Payments are accepted by Paypal and Direct Deposit.

Orders and cancellations

 

You cannot cancel your order once you have been sent an order confirmation.

We aim to process and mail your order within 2 business days.

Free delivery within Australia only for purchases over $200.

Care  for your Silver

 

Natural body oils, chemicals, dust, seawater and daily wear can affect natural stones and metals. Sterling Silver may tarnish over time, a silver polishing cloth may remove tarnishing and any dullness.

For Pearl and Marcasite jewellery avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics and chemicals.

Proper care is essential and Silver by the Bay will not be responsible for personal wear and tear.

Silver by the Bay jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months from date of purchase.
